Bake Me Up! | Life inside the oven.

Life inside the oven. Banana cupcakes with cream cheese caramel frosting. 3 1/2 c cake flour. Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour and bananas. Scoop into muffin pans and bake for 18 minutes. Cream Cheese Caramel frosting. 1 pkg cream cheese. 1 c (or more) confectioner’s sugar. 4 T caramel topping (recipe in previous post). Cream cream cheese and sugar together until nice and fluffy. Add caramel topping, cardamom and cinnamon.
