Sunday, November 13, 2016. Chocolate Cookies with Sea Salt Caramel Chips. I usually bake for election night at work. Election night is a long and stressful evening and we always order food. My contribution is baked goods. The tradition continues. I saw this bag of chips as I was shopping at a local grocery store. Sea salt caramel? That sounds like an amazing combination and would be awesome for the night. I was so right. Recipe from the bag. 1/2 C (1 stick) butter softened. 3/4 C packed light brown sugar.

June 3, 2013. Super Macro-friendly Insanely Delicious Banana bread. This is one of my most favorite recipes ever. Its super versatile to meet various dietary needs and always turns out great! I always try to take classic recipes and tweak them to make them a more “macro friendly” and sometimes it works rather well and other times it is an epic fail! Well today’s banana bread was a success! This bread is plenty sweet and the people I made it for could not believe it did not have the usual “sugarR...

I finally found a lady locally who breeds chooks on a small scale, so I bought two 10 week old Rhode Island Red x Sussex hens from her, Dixie and Marceline. So in another 10 weeks I should have eggs!
