Ma'am in the Making
http://maaminthemaking.blogspot.com/2010/04/bet-you-wont-guess-what-this-is.html
Monday, April 26, 2010. Bet you won't guess what this is! Adventure. Perfect for the bridal shower I attended yesterday. 20 oz crushed pineapple. 2 eggs, beaten. Mix all ingredients and spread in 1.5 quart dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 ° for 1 hour. The only change I would make is a dash of cinnamon in the mix itself. Maybe a little more on top. I mean really, how can you go wrong with cinnamon flavor? Ma'am in the Making. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Ma'am in the Making.

Ma'am in the Making: July 2009
http://maaminthemaking.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 5, 2009. I discovered a purpose for my Red Rubin Basil.and those purplish beauties now have a new place in my heart. Red Rubin Basil Pesto. 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves. 1/8 cup pine nuts. Throw basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Add oil and process until smooth. Now take a whiff of this tasty creation and slather onto anything that seems slightly logical. I put it on baked chicken.delish. Ma'am in the Making. Wednesday, July 1, 2009. PW FULL RSS FEED.

Ma'am in the Making: Gym Etiquette
http://maaminthemaking.blogspot.com/2010/04/gym-etiquette.html
Thursday, April 8, 2010. So I'm running on the track today, minding my own business, and suddenly I am overtaken with this aroma. What IS. I think. Then, that. Runs up beside me. Homeboy has drenched himself in cheap cologne before coming to the gym. Some of us like to breathe, dude. Especially when we're running. But, on to other more pleasant (? Ma'am in the Making. Ma'am in the Making: June 2009
http://maaminthemaking.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 30, 2009. I had the kind of weekend that would make a guy cringe. Friday, my sister, mom, mom's friend, and I all ventured to Charlotte for Phantom of the Opera! I'd heard wonderful reviews already and was not disappointed. I finished up the weekend with the ultimate guy repellent - a baby shower! My sister and her friends hosted a jungle-themed shower for their friend, who is expecting a little boy in August. There I gorged myself on cheesecake bites and homemade (by my Grandma) mints.

Ma'am in the Making: Girls Gone Wild
http://maaminthemaking.blogspot.com/2010/03/girls-gone-wild.html
Wednesday, March 17, 2010. Well, my spring break has been craaaaazy. So far I have gone to the science museum with four of my younger cousins, attended an eight-year old's Spongebob-themed birthday party, saw The Blind Side (finally! It was as good as I had anticipated.), and visited my old office where I interned this summer (and somehow ended up sitting through a meeting with the Chamber). Hmmm I'm just hoping this isn't some kind of prophecy. Ma'am in the Making. March 17, 2010 at 7:32 PM. Fleur de Se...

Ma'am in the Making: Ta da!
http://maaminthemaking.blogspot.com/2010/03/ta-da.html
Saturday, March 20, 2010. I have a reputation when it comes to layer cakes. And it's not a good one. So when I stepped into the kitchen to tackle mom's birthday cake yesterday, I was a little apprehensive. I had my taste buds set on the Pioneer Woman's "Coffee Cake. Literally.". As the title indicates, this is literally a coffee-flavored cake (not one of those coffee cakes you pass off as appropriate for breakfast). I only made a few very minor changes. 1 1/2 cups Sugar. 188; teaspoons Salt. Once butter ...
