Hoska from home | Baking Bohemian
https://bakingbohemian.wordpress.com/hoska-from-home
Sharing my family's love for food. The best way to start my baking bohemian blog is with a recipe from my great grandmother who really was a Bohemian – from Bohemia back when it was actually a country. It is a sweet yeast bread. You must have fresh yeast, and it works better with proper bakers flour. Wal, the very not-bohemian man about the house, will eat a whole loaf in one hit, which is good because it is best super fresh. 4 responses ». August 5, 2012 at 11:59 am. August 5, 2012 at 9:08 pm. Malted Chocolate Muffins | Baking Bohemian
https://bakingbohemian.wordpress.com/2014/05/27/malted-chocolate-muffins
Sharing my family's love for food. May 27, 2014. I think the last time I ate Maltezers I was probably 12 years old out at the movies with a bunch of friends. We thought it was hilarious tossing them down the old wooden steps, much to the irritation of all the adults in the theatre. So with such silly memories awakened when I came upon this recipe I just had to give it a go. These muffins are rich in flavour and moist and light in texture. Very more-ish! 150g malted chocolate balls (such as Maltesers).

Mexican Red Chicken | Baking Bohemian
https://bakingbohemian.wordpress.com/2014/03/04/mexican-red-chicken
Sharing my family's love for food. March 4, 2014. Autumn has begun wet and chilly. Lots of rain and cold winds and muddy sports grounds! Days like these you crave big warm flavours and a cosy room to savour them in. And the kids come home from training damp, dirty and ravenous so they need something hearty and filling. This dish is the current house favourite. I don’t know if this really is a Mexican recipe, but it is rich and full of flavour, and very easy to whip up. 8 generous chicken thigh fillets.
