Welcome to Indian Kitchen. Thursday, May 27, 2010. Sol kadi (without coconut! Fresh Sol, Amsol , Kokum/ Kokam with buttermilk? Ya its so healthy and no coconut is added so I can drink as mush as I want! It tasted good as the buttermilk give very creamy flavor to it. 5-6 Sol / Kokum (used fresh ). 1 and 1/2 cup Butter Milk (store bought). 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds. Salt and Sugar as per taste. Few fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped). If you are using dried Sol / Kokum then soak it in hot water for 2-3 hrs or so.

Try it you can not resist just eating one! 2 cups All purpose flour. 1 cup Cream cheese. 1 Egg white (lightly beaten, used for glazing). 2 tsp Sugar plus some more for sprinkling.
