Monday, July 26, 2010. We have the blessing of a great science and nature center at our school. Part of the nature center is a barn with animals. We were recently invited to be part of the goat co-op to help care for and milk Ginger, a Nubian/Alpine goat. We were already helping with Daisy, a cute little pony. I was accepted into the Occupational Therapy Program at Ohio State University, a profession I've desired to pursue since I was a teenager. Sunday, November 13, 2011. Peace Valley Nature Center 11-12-11. We're in Pennsylvania, visiting Roy's family for DTS's reading week. We decided to enjoy the sunny, cool weather and go to a nearby lake. The nature center had a bird blind, so we sat for awhile and enjoyed the antics of a few of our favorite birds! This little titmouse was enjoying the peanuts from this feeder. There were two nuthatches jumping around in a nearby tree. This one came to the feeder for a quick snack! Saturday, July 30, 2011.

The Afterthought
So, a friend of mine (who, oddly enough, I met through Justin), talked me into driving out to Gruetli-Laager tonight for church. They've had a revival going on all week, and he's been begging me to go. So, tonight, I finally bit the bullet and said alright. Why not? I have nothing ELSE to do on what should be the day before my wedding. Might as well go to church, right? At least I might find a little comfort THERE, since I'm not finding it anywhere else. After awhile you learn the subtle difference.
