No Crust Spinach Quiche. We had brunch at home this weekend but it still felt like we were in a restaurant. Why? Because I made a quiche without the pastry crust but it was still equally delicious. Don’t get me wrong I love a pastry crust more than anyone but there’s a time and place for indulgence (say like vacation or a celebration) and then there’s a place for awesome food without the guilt (say like a lazy weekend at home).
