This will be her introduction to half of my family, and it will be both of our introductions to my new niece. Can't wait! I kept this simple and loose because I'm still having a tough time getting my desired control with the tablet, plus my drawing's rusty. Thats sweet man. Ottawa is awesome! 髂脛束症候群護具（ITBS 束帶）使用體會. 網絡圖片：髂脛束很硬的，別以為是骨頭。 跑步以來，髖關節出現過疼痛，膝蓋下方、上方、內側，以及腳板外側都曾經痛過，但都在運動中和加強肌肉鍛鍊之下，幾個星期慢慢恢復，不再復發。 只有膝蓋外側的疼痛，自從12月下旬發生以來，沒有斷根。我留意到，這可能就是跑者的惡夢——髂脛束症候群。 髂脛束症候群(Iliotibial Band Syndrome, ITBS)的成因，網上有很多講解，我不是科班，就不獻醜了。講講自己對使用護具跑步的體會吧。 在2017年12月23日，我在內地跑了一條陌生而路況很差的路線，當時跑得很開心，大概11公里多一些，結束後膝蓋外側有微微痛，也沒在意。 回香港後跑了一次山路12公里，立即疼痛加劇。之後兩次跑（都有休息幾天）都痛，走路又影響不是很大，就知道遇到麻煩的跑者膝——髂脛束症候群（ITBS）。 於是用滾筒按摩放鬆髂脛束，又每天進行半小時以上的臀肌、四頭肌鍛鍊，以及各種伸展拉筋活動，自我感覺差不多了。 於是又去了觀塘工廠大廈的跑步用品店，買了IT束帶，牌子上UP的，打折後HKD120。 不過也沒所謂，歡樂最要緊，...由於本人是第一次參加渣...
