My goals for 2009 are listed below. General Health and Fitness Goals. To continue to exercise regularly;. 8211; exercise on average at least 5.5 hours per week. 8211; maintain the intensity of exercise and burn an average of 3,400 calories per week. Successfully achieved this goal! As the graph below shows there were some weeks above and some below, but the average was 6.3 hours and 4201 calories. To continue to eat a sensible and balanced diet, and;. 8211; maintain my weight at around the 75kg mark.

My goals for 2007 are;. To run at least 2007 kms. As the chart above shows I missed this goal with a huge fade-out at the end of the year. To swim, gym and bike more regularly than in 2006. No problems with the bike, but failed on the swim and the gym. To complete a half marathon in 1:45:00 or less. Successfully achieved at RunToTheG HM, June 17th, official time of 1:43:35. To complete my first marathon. Finished the Melbourne Marathon on October 7th. To complete more races than I did in 2006 (seven).

Pace per k, k’s per hour, time, distance, heart rate ( only negative on the watch is it’s a little erratic – had mine up to 250! Lap times (adjustable) down loadable. It compliments my plans and my running, I’d be lost without it. It’s a little on the large size, but that also gives you 4 different screens that are easily readable (well to me at least!
