A weight loss and exercise journal. Tuesday, October 21, 2008. I guess I won't be losing 13 pounds in the next 30 days! Maybe I should set smaller more manageable goals. Like: lose 1 lb this week as I start exercising again. I did about 30 minutes of yoga and pilates yesterday, and that was plenty! But then I was supposed to do "week 1, day 3" on Saturday. But I was basically out of the house all day and couldn't squeeze it in anywhere. Boo! Here's hoping this week goes better. Summer Comes at Last. Monday, December 2, 2013. The Christmas Season begins. I am so happy to be here at Becky's for Christmas. The kids and Becky are setting up the tree tonight and are singing Christmas songs. Ken will be coming on the 20th to spend the holiday with us for a couple of weeks. Here is a cute picture I took of the kids a little while ago. I am so happy for you. I wish I could be with all my kids but since I cant it is good to be around 1. LOL. Merrry Christmas to you all.

Summer Comes at Last. Monday, June 17, 2013. I finished the pillow shams to go with my vintage sheet comforter. I like them! And the ensemble goes nicely with the Sunshine Garden wall quilt that is hanging in my room. It all brings sunshine into my bedroom, even on dark, rainy days. It is very cheerful over all. Summer Comes at Last. Sunday, October 14, 2012. Fall is in the air. It has finally started raining. It was so dry here that our little water retention pond nearly dried up. We had a little waterfall overflowing our front gutter today. I'm sure that there is probably one little leaf blocking the downspout and Ken is going to have to get out the ladder and take care of it. I'm sure I'll be blogging more about that as it gets closer. My Time Has Come. Wednesday, September 23, 2009. She is finally here! Thank you to my super high blood pressure I seem to only have the last 4 weeks of my pregnancy she came at 38 weeks too. She was born on 09/18/09 and 12:10pm. She weighed 6lbs and 15oz and was 19.5in long. She looks just like her daddy! This was truly an amazing delivery. Very painful, but lots of great rewards.
