Original recipe via www.bbcgoodfood.com. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 tbsp medium curry powder. 1 tsp cumin seeds. 1 tsp mustard seeds. 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces. 500 ml vegetable stock. 1 can chopped tomatoes (400g). 1 can chickpeas (400g). 1 cup frozen peas. Thursday, 16 February 2012. Strawberry and Chocolate Ganache Mini Cucakes. 30ml Creme de Cassis. 200g self raising flour. 60g of strawberries finely chopped. Slices of strawberries to decorate. First make the chocolate ganache, heat up the cream to a boil. Add the boiling cream to chocolate, honey and butter and mix until everything is melted. Allow to cool then add the crème de cassis.
