See the English version. 6個去皮去骨的雞大腿部份, 蔥段(3支),薑片(6片),一個雞湯罐頭 (約兩杯),紹興酒2/3杯. 把雞湯煮開, 放進雞大腿, 蔥段,薑片, 半蒸半煮至剛剛好熟約7-10分鐘,不要蒸煮得過頭.把雞取出,把雞湯放在一個容器裡備用. 等雞和雞湯冷卻後,把紹興酒加入一杯的雞湯裡,混合好,嚐一下,如有必要,可再加些鹽或酒,這是浸泡雞的汁液,它的味道應該和你希望醉雞應該有的味道一樣. 浸泡雞的汁液裡的雞湯和酒的比例約為3:2,酒量隨各人口味,可或多或少的調整.至於浸泡雞的汁液的份量,應視雞的份量而調整,準則是雞塊應該完全浸在汁液裡. 雞的任何部份,有皮或有骨的都可以做成醉雞,不一定要用去皮去骨的雞腿,用雞的什麼部位,完全視各人喜好和健康顧慮而定.訣竅是不要把雞蒸煮得過頭. June 8, 2014. 我一向喜歡紐約市的高樓大廈，拿著照相機，不停地捕捉好鏡頭，套句 TK 的話 我簡直像一個觀光客。 看了世貿中心遺址上的兩個 9-11紀念倒影池 後，我們回到中國城，沿著 Mott街 和附近幾條街走，這是 T 和我20多年前來購買中國雜貨時常到的地方。 我特意地找到了 大旺 餐館，買了以前常買的 三寶飯 ， 甜油條 和 鹹油條 ，帶回家給 T。 然後 TK 帶我，經過 Zuccotti Park ( 當年 佔據華爾街 所佔據的公園 ，到達 小意大利。 我們在 Mulberry街 上的 Pellegrino’s 意大利餐廳吃了午飯後，繼續沿 Mulberry街 往下走，經過很多賣美味食物以及其他東西的街頭小販， TK 買了冰淇淋，邊走邊吃，我則買了牛軋糖 後記1 和奶酪炸飯糰 後記2 ，帶回家吃。 Ting Cheng on 鳥鄰居.
