We live off a dirt road and are the only people on this street. This was taken looking out my kitchen window. The pictures not that great because it was taken through a window put you get the idea. Simply Creating With Love: April 2011
http://simplycreatingwithlove.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html
Sunday, April 17, 2011. Heartache Love = Life. My sweet sister told me how therapeutic. Them Choices and agency are a part of every day life. I make a million decisions everyday. Some are insignificant, others a little more weighty, but I make them. How often do I consistently pray to make the right decisions every day? I've heard the story a million times, but today in Sunday School I thought to myself the good Samaritan. Because he had probably been there before. The Samaritan's. The Joy of Family.

Simply Creating With Love: Memorial Day Weekend
http://simplycreatingwithlove.blogspot.com/2012/06/memorial-day-weekend_07.html
Thursday, June 7, 2012. We were so lucky to have my parents and sis Heidi come up and spend the weekend with us. We had a blast! We shopped til we dropped, kayaked, biked, and hiked. We had so much fun, i loved every minute of it! This was our dutch oven cooking night. Kayaking was fun, but the best was seeing Mom do a spread eagle into the water while she was trying to get out of the kayak. I thought Heidi would go into labor we were laughing so hard! I wouldn't have changed one thing! The Joy of Family.

Simply Creating With Love: Camping
http://simplycreatingwithlove.blogspot.com/2012/06/camping_07.html
Thursday, June 7, 2012. In May we went on our first camping trip of the year! It was so much fun we can't wait to go again. We saw these turtles sitting on a log when we were kayaking! Heather Weston and I kayaked across the lake and had a picnic by the waterfall. We got there early to set up camp while Monte brought Abbie and Logan after school and work. It was so beautiful, throwing a fishing line in and catching nothing was no big deal! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Joy of Family.

Stanger Sunshine: August 2008
http://stangersunshine.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 30, 2008. Monday, August 25, 2008. Jason and I were on one of our regular night-time walks around our home when to my surprise and excitement, I saw a frog in the swampy water that collects in front of our house. "Jason, we have to catch it. The kids will be so excited! That water was extra slimy green. Yuck! We (he) caught the frog and put him in a jar. It was so cute how the kids reacted to it. Ethan held the jar for a long time and kept saying "Hi, Frog! Frog hopping, Ethan jumping, M...

Stanger Sunshine: Just Your Typical McKenzie Time
http://stangersunshine.blogspot.com/2008/11/just-your-typical-mckenzie-time.html
Friday, November 14, 2008. Just Your Typical McKenzie Time. McKenzie decided to teach me ballet. She told me exactly how to place each limb of my body. Then, she suddenly threw a curve ball at me (as if talking me through a high extended leg lift on tippee toe wasn't enough - purposely not shown here). "O.k., now I'm going to go through the hole and if you fall over, I get a point, o.k? Ok, now it's your turn". No, she can't be serious. Nope - yep - she's serious. Get dressed around here). Oh, and you ha...

Stanger Sunshine: Priorities
http://stangersunshine.blogspot.com/2008/11/priorities.html
Thursday, November 13, 2008. Yesterday from approximately 9:34 to 10:42 am our priorities did not include:. Or personal hygiene - aka re-doing make-up or hair from the previous day (let alone applying much needed chapstick - bless my little heart). Our priorities did involve:. Turning off the t.v. Accepting an invitation to a party. Trying to get Ethan excited about said party even though it didn't involve raiding the bag of suckers. Be desired about those white feet? Stanger Sunshine: Game Night
http://stangersunshine.blogspot.com/2008/11/game-night.html
Saturday, November 8, 2008. Requirements: Bring a treat and wear a hat. Thank you Marci, Jon, Bethany, and Cody for coming! We had such a great time. We'll have to do it again sometime - like once a night (as they were about to leave, I meant to say we should have game nights once/week or once/month, but it came out as once/night. We decided that was a good starting point to decide whether we wanted to up it to twice/night). And the mess the kids made. :) those are some good looking hats! Fun, Fun, Fun!
