It was great, because I didn't have to do a thing, except provide the birthday cake. They had an overly energetic instructor to the run the kids around and wear them out. Saturday, July 12, 2014. We took the kids to the zoo awhile back. Unfortunately, Mia wet herself before we got there, and bad Mommy didn't pack her a change of clothes, so she had to wear Mateo's extras. Good thing she is a big girl. Nothing makes a kid happy like being outside and eating popsicles! Let the birthday parties begin. As I was moping about how upset these comments made me feel, I decided to dig through old photos and compare them to see if there was any true difference between my size now and my size in previous pregnancies. Sunday, April 5, 2015. From Easter to Halloween! It's funny for me to do this out of order, because the kids look so young in the pictures from 6 months ago. It's funny how much they change. This year Mateo was Superman and Mia was Tinkerbell. This was the first year that Mia was really into Halloween, she picked out her costume, and had a good time going Trick or Treating. Sunday, December 22, 2013. We braved the 20 degree wind chill this morning to go see Santa. I wanted to avoid the malls at all cost, so we went downtown to see Santa in the new Sundance plaza. We had to wait for over an hour, but at least the kids could run around while we waited in line. Mia didn't want anything to do with Santa so I had to participate in the photos.
