Baby teeth have been lost and replaced with big girl teeth and her grin has been forever changed. We've made it through the month of January which I usually dread. Thankfully, this year it flew by. Last year in February is when we started to notice weird signs and symptoms in Alaina and had no clue what was going on. It's hard to believe we're nearing the 1 year mark with T1D. This was the view I was envisioning during church, but instead we were huddled under umbrellas.
