Saturday, September 13, 2014. Kiah wanted to do cheer this year. This was taken after the Football Carnival. They cheered half the day away. Friday, September 12, 2014. I went to watch the Election Speeches. Sorry the video is of poor quality, I had a restless (almost) 2 year old on my lap. Also, the speeches started so much quicker than I expected and Kiah was 1st. I was caught off guard. But you get almost the entire thing. There were 5 kids that ran for the office, and 2 were elected. Kiah did it!

Tuesday, July 29, 2014. I snapped these pictures the morning of Kiah's birthday. It is hard to believe how much she has grown. She impresses me with the number of things she balances, and her willingness to put herself out there. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). We were married in April 2003. We now have 4 funny kids (at least we think they're funny,) and enjoy all the ways they make us laugh every single day. Sometimes it is really hard to keep a straight face during those "serious" moments.

Wednesday, February 5, 2014. 1 lb lean ground beef. 1 C Chopped onion. 1/2 C Chopped celery. 46 oz (almost 6 C) tomato juice. 1/2 T chili powder. 1 t fennel seed. 1/2 C uncooked barley. In medium skillet, saute the meat, onion, and celery until the meat is browned and the vegetables are translucent. Drain off excess fat. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Freeze. To serve: Thaw. Bring to boil on stove. Reduce heat, and simmer for 30 Min. OR cook in slow cooker on low for 3 hours.
