                                    January 16, 2015. First day of trying the paleo eating began yesterday and it actually went pretty well! I think the biggest hurdle will be clearing out my cupboards to make room for all of these new ingredients and adjusting to a different way of eating. It all seems like such a massive change to make but I’m excited for the change, I think it was definitely needed! The hardest part is thinking of substitutes for things I would use and eat every day, such as butter, milk and bread! For my sweet potatoes...
