Cooking Allergy Free with EoE | Surviving food allergies while staying healthy

Surviving food allergies while staying healthy. Cooking Allergy Free with EoE. This is one of my favorite recipes. I make it on a weekly basis it seems like! My recipe does contain wheat but I think a pinch of xanthan gum or even a little bit of cornstarch would achieve the same effect. The purpose of the flour is to thicken the sauce like a roux. This stuff is a staple for me!
