February 17, 2016. 2 garlic cloves, unpeeled. 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 2 tsp ground cumin. 1/2 tsp ground coriander. 4 tsp extra-virgin olive oil. Drain and rinse the chickpea burgers in a colander. Place chickpeas in a bowl with finely chopped garlic, cumin and coriander. Smash the chickpeas until they become a dry paste. Crack 1 large egg into the chickpea mixture and stir. Form the chickpea mixture into 4 different patties. Place patties into the sauce pan. 1/2 cup greek yogurt.
