About the Chef

https://cookingbythebay.com/About_the_Chef.html

ABOUT THE CHEF - SUZANNE GRIFFIN. My passion for cooking was cultivated by my French grandmother when I was too small to even see the top of the stove. In 2006 I decided to leave my corporate life behind and turn that passion into a business. I started Cooking by the Bay as a dinner delivery service. In 2009 I added a personal chef service to help people with specific dietary needs. In doing so I became interested in learning more about the connection between our health and the foods we eat.

Bostneulis Supi: A Delicious Summer Soup. Have you ever lived in a rental apartment or house? Why is it that the overwhelming majority of them have the most awful stoves ever made? It seems like the worst stoves are just reserved for rental units. And it's not just here. I've seen unlevel, uneven-heating stoves in Houston, in Moscow and most recently here in the Twin Cities. Cooking Bytes – the journey of a cookbook. A mother's gift to her kids. Now that I am here, finally writing this post I realize that it was not only Olga’s writing style that tickled my writing bone that morning. In her post Olga mentions that she felt her current home was ready for her to move out. Things that. Looking back, we should...
