Thursday, August 20, 2015. I like eating fish, but havent tried my hand at cooking it much. Given that fish is quite delicate to cook, the method I prefer is using it whole, sealed in a bag and baked in the oven. This method is called cooking en papillote. Saturday, July 27, 2013. So we come to the end. the beginning of the end, last term at Le Cordon Bleu. and i have been busy, working 7 days a week. This term is quite technical compared to the last one, as we have to come up with our own original gateaux for the assessment and have a tea service for paying customers. and if all this wasn't enough, we also have to secure a good job for our 6 month industry placement starting right after superior. yay for me.
