A Novice in cooking and learning how to cook for him and me. July 4, 2011. I have always like frittata so have been looking around for an easy recipe. Adapted the recipe from SimplyRecipe. But oven version. I don’t like dirty kitchen. ;-). 1 Tbsp olive oil. 1 medium onion, chopped. 1 large clove garlic, minced. Coat oven-baking baking tray with olive oil. Put in onion and garlic into tray and micro-power high in microwave for 3 mins. Add in potatoes and micro-power high for another 5 mins. July 3, 2011.
