Out Of The Mould. Posted in Side Dish. 250 gm potatoes, boiled and peeled. 1/2 tbsp jeera/cumin seeds. 1 tsp dhania/coriander powder. 1 tsp jeera powder. 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder. 1 tsp or to taste red chilly powder. 1/2 tsp haldi/turmeric powder. 2-3 tbsp of mustard oil (you can use ghee or refined oil too). A tbsp of lemon juice (can be replaced by amchoor powder). 1 or 2 green chillies (dry red chillies can be used too). Serve it along with some parathas or phulkas. I would love to hear from you 🙂.
