Cooking From My Sister's Kitchen. Sunday, October 24, 2010. Marinated Fresh Veggies- Dedra. 2 tomatoes, seeded and diced. 1 bell pepper, diced. 1/2 onion, sliced very thin. 2 ribs celery, sliced very thin. 1 cucumber, sliced very thin. Dice or slice vegetables as instructed. Combine sugar, vinegar, pepper, and salt in mixing bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves. Combine veggies in large bowl and pour sauce over, stir until all veggies are coated. Marinate in refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours. 188; cup water.

Cooking From My Sister's Kitchen. Monday, April 15, 2013. 3 cans cream of chicken soup. 1 T lemon juice. 189; cup sour cream. 189; cup butter. 2 cups crushed ritz crackers. Cheddar cheese or swiss cheese slices. Mix soup, lemon juice and sour cream. Place frozen chicken down in a 9 x 13 pan. Top chicken with cheese. Pour soup mixture on top of cheese. Melt butter.
