Cooking in Cathedral Hill: Happy Birthday, Nicole!

http://cookingincathedralhill.blogspot.com/2008/10/happy-birthday-nicole.html

Cooking in Cathedral Hill. Friday, October 17, 2008. Happy Birthday, Nicole! I've never met anyone who loves pretzels as much as dear Ms. Nicole, so I shouldn't have been surprised when she told me what she wanted for her birthday treat. Instead of making a batch of SuperPretzels (you know, those ones in the freezer section at the grocery store? I did some digging and came up with this recipe from King Arthur Flour (really, between the tres leches cake. I sprinkled half of the pretzels with coarse sea sa...

The Halpin Herald: The Beach!!!

http://courtandchris.blogspot.com/2011/08/beach.html

Monday, August 1, 2011. We went to Florida to see my sister and brother in law (Aunt Carrie and Uncle Josh) for a few days. It was the first time the kids had every been to the beach and THEY LOVED IT! Playing on the Bay Side. There was a red flag warning, so we opted for the calmer bay. The kids loved it - the water was calm, shallow, and they ran in and out about a million times. Maddie having an after dinner drink with the boys back at the house! Looks like a blast! The Halpin Herald: December 2010

http://courtandchris.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html

Thursday, December 2, 2010. Wellwe visited jolly St. Nick today at Northpark mall! As you can see.Maddie was not a fan. She screamed the entire time and Santa said "Why don't you take this one? And handed her back to me. :) Will did talk to him and told him he'd like a train table for his trains and said he'd been a good boy. Maddie just shook anytime I got near him, so Will also told Santa what Maddie wanted - a baby doll. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Texas, United States. View my complete profile.

Thursday, August 25, 2011. Will and I had a little date and went to Gattiland for lunch and playtime. We met our friends Vandy and Arden there. Will's eyes lit up so big when we walked into the area with the games and rides! I only took a couple phone pics and videos, but the giggling will show you how happy the kids were. And Vandy and I had a great time, too! August 30, 2011 at 1:43 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Texas, United States. I am a stay at home mom and love it! Rangers vs. Red Sox.

Friday, August 19, 2011. Will has been taking lessons at Emler Swim School since March. He's finished two classes now and he is doing such a great job! She'll start lessons this fall, as well. It should be fun because Maddie and I will take her lesson at the same time Will takes his. And then I'm sure we'll all head to the play pool to play after lessons. Here are some pictures from his last class this week! Awesome job, Will! Kate also moved up to a Super Aquatot this summer! August 22, 2011 at 12:31 PM.

The Halpin Herald: October 2010

http://courtandchris.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html

Sunday, October 17, 2010. We have an annual tradition of going up to St. James (Kevin and Em's church) to their pumpkin patch. We hang out, take pictures, buy some pumpkins, etc. We went this afternoon and the kids had fun with the wagon and enjoyed running around. Maddie is getting so big - she was enjoying it just as much as the big kids and didn't seem like a baby at all. :(. Will and Maddie with Aunt Heather. Will they ever both smile at the same time? Helen the Panda - cutest Panda I've ever seen!

Thursday, March 3, 2011. I took the kids to the Arboretum today for a relaxing, fun day. Just the three of us. We had a great time. They ran around and played, and maybe picked a flower or two they shouldn't have. I chased them around with camera in hand.
