The second time it was made. 2 ¼ cups sifted cake flour (sift, then measure). 2 Tblsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp baking soda. 189; tsp salt. 1 Tblsp red food coloring (liquid not gel). 1 tsp distilled white vinegar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 ½ cups sugar. 189; cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temp. 2 8oz packages Philadelphia-brand cream cheese, room temp (get out about 1-2 hours early).

Monday, August 12, 2013. I love these cupcakes and make them all the time they're just great! The batter will be thin but don't worry it's supposed to be thin. When I pour the batter I use a liquid measure, it works great.
