Wednesday, April 25, 2012. 1 cup white wine vinegar. 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced. 1 tablespoon kosher salt. 2 teaspoons granulated sugar. 8 medium radishes (preferably breakfast radishes), quartered lengthwise. 189; small red onion, thinly sliced crosswise. Bring the vinegar, water, garlic, salt and sugar to a simmer in a medium saucepan set over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 20 minutes. Best pagan eggs ever!

Πέμπτη, 24 Δεκεμβρίου 2015. The crazy cake (Ενα φανταστικό κέικ ,χωρίς αυγά-χωρίς βούτυρο). Tα υλικά:(για ένα παραλληλόγραμμο ταψάκι 25 χ 20 εκ). 3 κούπες αλεύρι (για όλες τις χρήσεις). 6 κουταλιές σούπας κακάο. 2 κουταλάκια άσπρο ξύδι. 1 κουταλάκι άρωμα βανίλιας. 10 κουταλιές φυτικό λάδι. Βουτυρώνουμε ελαφρά το ταψί μας, και ρίχνουμε μέσα τα πρώτα 5 υλικά. Ανακατεύουμε καλά τα υλικά να ενωθούν (με ένα σύρμα) και δημιουργούμε 3 μικρές λακουβίτσες.
