I dedicate this recipe to my mother-in-law Sanjiwani Kamat. Serve this pickle with Idli, Dosa, Paratha, or steamed rice. My family loves it with steamed rice. As always. Credits for the photography go to my husband, Salil. 6 large Tomatoes, diced. 3 green chilies, sliced. 1/2 tsp Fenugreek (methi) seeds. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.

Friday, September 9, 2011. Carmel Glazed Apple Cake. 1 c packed brown sugar. 1 1/2 c oil. 3 c white flour. 1/2 tsp. nutmeg. 1/2 tsp. salt. 2 apples cut into small pieces. Make sure that you don't over mix the ingredients. Pour into a pan. I used a bunt pan and cook it on 350 for 1 hour. 1/4 c brown sugar. 1/2 c heavy cream. Mix together in a pot on the stove and drizzle on top of the cake. 1 bag of mini snickers. 1 c brown sugar. 1 c creamy peanut butter. 3 1/3 c. flour. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 tsp baking powder.
