Sara's Kitchen-The Blog: Balsamic Garlic Chicken

http://www.cookingwithsara.blogspot.com/2009/03/balsamic-garlic-chicken.html

Sunday, March 1, 2009. This was pretty good. http:/ allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chicken-Breasts-with-Balsamic-Vinegar-and-Garlic/Detail.aspx. Despite my usual aversion to the fungi, I actually liked the mushrooms in this dish. Also topped with Feta Cheese, it was a very easy, and pretty tasty one-pot meal. Sara's Kitchen-The Blog: General Tsao's Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry

http://www.cookingwithsara.blogspot.com/2009/03/general-tsaos-chicken-and-vegetable.html

Saturday, March 7, 2009. General Tsao's Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry. My Mom gave me a bottle of Trader Joe's General Tsao's stir fry sauce a few months ago, and I have just gotten over my fear of "spicy" foods, so we made it this week. SO GOOD! I highly recommend this sauce. I used a plethora of fresh ingredients, including asparagus, bell peppers, carrots, celery, chicken, corn, pineapple, snap peas, and zucchini. It was great served over white rice. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
