Brenda's Blog: Gloria's Wedding Quilt
http://brendasquiltblog.blogspot.com/2011/07/glorias-wedding-quilt.html
Monday, July 11, 2011. I put this together for my niece, Gloria when she got married. The pin wheels are pre-pieced and then I made the snowballs and put the borders on. I did freehand quilting putting a rose in the center of each snowball. I was very happy with it, considering I didn't use a pattern. Posted by Brenda M. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Monday, July 11, 2011. Burgundy block of the month. Posted by Brenda M. Labels: block of the month. I made this for Tiffany and Phil when they got married. Tiff told me her colors and it took as look to find the fabrics as it did for me to piece and quilt the quilt. It is a turning 20 pattern. I wish I had a close up. The picture does not do justice to the beautiful fabrics. Posted by Brenda M. Posted by Brenda M. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sites worth looking at. Burgundy block of the month.

Brenda's Blog: Mini Retreat
http://brendasquiltblog.blogspot.com/2009/11/mini-retreat.html
Sunday, November 1, 2009. Susan being the most organized and trying to pass Kendall as the fastest in the west, finished several projects. Mostly she added the binding to complete the 4 or 5 quilts then she did some quilting on holiday projects. She finishes all her quilts and does a lot of donation quilts. She is amazing! Vickie started her topper for a donation to the spring retreat. We are all hoping to win it! Posted by Brenda M. November 2, 2009 at 9:04 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Brenda's Blog: Black Red and Tan
http://brendasquiltblog.blogspot.com/2009/04/black-red-and-tan.html
Sunday, April 12, 2009. Black Red and Tan. This is freehand quilting that I did when I was beginning. I was really happy with it at the time. now when I look back I see so many things I would do differently. This is the completed quilt. I made it as a wedding gift and the bride choose the colors. I wasn't sure I would like it as I tend to go for more scrappy looks but it is one of my favorite patterns and I love how striking it is. Someday I will use this pattern again. Posted by Brenda M.
