It combines ingredients typical to the Mughlai style of cooking. For the meat: 1kg lamb/ chicken cut into 2" pieces (if using chicken, use breast or thigh fillet). 4 large onions sliced thin. 2 tsps garlic paste. 2 tsps ginger paste. 6 tbsps ghee/ vegetable/ canola/ sunflower cooking oil. 1" stick of cinnamon. 1 tsp cumin powder.

1 Heat 2 laddle of oil in cooker. Season 2 each of whole garam masalas, pepper. Add 1 sliced Onion, 3 to 4 green chillies. Saute well till onion fried well. 2 Add 1/2 kg mutton, 1 tbsp of gingergarlic paste. 1 sliced tomato, 1 tsp of chillypowder. 1/2 tsp of garammasala powder and coriander powder. 3 saute well together.
