Well.I over-did myself and pulled a muscle in the mid-section of my back. I guess I was probably using too much weight with the Kettlebell Swings. I felt it pull on my last three reps. When I first started my Paleolithic Lifestyle, I thought I would lose 5 or more pounds per week.
