Vem vare som FUCKING tränade? Nu jävlar är det dags för förändring. Senaste månaden har varit rent ut sagt för jävligt dålig rent träningsmässig och jag har gått ner till 85 kg. Så för att få lite träningsdisciplin så kommer jag fortsätta med bloggen och sikta på 100 kg igen.
