I returned to running in January of 2009 and started Crossfit on April 4, 2009. I am trying to find a balance between the two. It is hard for this mother of three to balance it all, but I find much joy in the time spent with "the girls" running and crossfitting. Tuesday, March 8, 2011. Push ups-dips-push press (45 lbs)-and sit ups (13:40). Warm up stretching and cooldown. Felt really draggy from yesterdays run. 20 minutes as many rounds as possible. 5 pullups 10 push ups and 15 body squats. March 6, 2011.

Completed on Monday June 21. 6:30 am Running Myers Loop. 403 miles total time 41:10. Mile splits (9:16, 9;54, 11:12 Erin was not feeling well-heat? Maybe- but we slowed way down. 10.12).

Polar Bear Run tuck jumps, box jumps, and kb swings. 5:45am Polar Bear Run. 303 miles time 28.45. Mile splits (9:57, 9:17, 8:50) must have taken me a while to warm up. Came home and completed Crossfit in the backyard.

Friday, July 11, 2014. Summer workouts Day 16. Did a lot of rock and mountain climbing over the week in Colorado but no organized workouts. I was back on the farm yesterday and did this:. 220 x 5 (had to break up). Bench was just not there. I had 2 and a half hours sleep the day before and a 12 hour car ride and I think I was just drained. I was supposed to do 270 x 1 for the power matrix and I just knew I did not have it. I have kept some consistency with workouts, about 3 or 4 a week but have not found the time to post, however I think I can handle posting again. Bench press 225x8, 225x3, 225x3. 0:20's Handstand hold 7 Clapping Push-ups). 2 Ring Pullups 1 Strict Muscle up 2 Dips. 15's L-sit Hold (did this in the rings). As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:. 10 Ball Slams - 40 lbs.
