Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Getting back into it after this past weekend. Felt sore all over for about two days after the qualifier and I suppose the soccer game on Monday helped at all either. This is Tanya Wagner and I at the qualifier. She took second in last years CrossFit. Warm up: 2 xRun. 400, 15 push-ups and 20 lunges, shoulder pass through. I need to do some things before getting linked to the main site and actually being "official" this week like get insurance and my website straight. En blogg för fårskallar-. Torsdag, oktober 07, 2010. Har haft en månad ca som varit helt utan träning. nåja. nästan iaf. Som ni märker på inläggen nedan så var den sista tiden ingen bra period. Tentor, examensarbete, två träningar om dagen, lite sömn, antagligen en kost. Som inte täckte allt jag gjorde av med, massa kaffe och så vidare.
