This past weekend I participated in the Summer Challenge at CrossFit Houston. The day started at 8am with the first workout, which was:. 15 sandbag get ups (100#). 30 lateral burpees (24"). 15 sandbag get ups (100#). Wod 3 was brutal:. Monday, July 28, 2008. This weekend was a blast! My wonderful husband took me to San Antonio for the weekend. We stayed at La Mansion and went to a fabulous dinner on Saturday night. . So, he started bringing out different appetizers and salads. My first were two pork tenderloins cooked in a spicy Asian inspired sauce. Then he gave me a lettuce wrap.chicken you might think.but no.it was filled with cashews, ostrich, buffalo, and vennison! I ate it and I LOVED IT! The trick is really to get enough sleep!
