                                    Wednesday, 25 March 2015. Introducing CrossFit Kids at CrossFit Lineage. Starting April 7 we will be offering a kids class 3x a week on a drop in basis. This will be a great chance for your 6-12 year old to get out, get active, learn some new skills and make some friends. Classes are 45 minutes in length and parents are welcome to stay and watch but it is not required. Class times are Tuesdays/Thursdays 3:00-3:45pm and Saturdays 9:00-9:45 am.
