Beginning in August 2015, classes will be held four days a week. Tuesday and Thursday classes will be held at 1130 and Monday and Wednesday classes will be held at 1300. Crossfit Pentagon is kicking off a Burpee Challenge on 3 August with some local boxes competing against us. Every day we will add 5 reps and every Thursday the reps are for time.
