We’ll spend two weeks learning CrossFit foundations and build some conditioning before jumping in on the daily WODs. Catalyst programs run two weeks (a total of 6 classes). One class cycle per month, beginning on the first Monday of the first full week of every month. WOD – Workout of the Day. The 6am class requires a reservation by 10:00 pm the previous night. Open Gym – Time to make up a WOD, get some extra coaching, or just hang out and socialize. 10:30 am – Noon. On Veterans Day 2013.
