Vor ca. 4 Wochen konnte ich keinen Schritt gehen und nun laufe ich gute 7-8 Meter. Ich habe es täglich geübt, nicht als Inhalt meines Trainings, sondern einfach so. Ich habe mich bewegt. Was ist mit schwimmen? Beachvolleyball oder einfach ein Waldlauf über unebenen Boden? Turnen, Boxen oder Fußball? BE YOUR OWN HERO!
