Tamera's Tea Spot: June 2011
http://tamerasteaspot.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Friday, June 10, 2011. Let me start by saying that I have not always been a fan of the chicken sandwich, but as I have matured, it has become one of my favorites, with one condition. NO MUSTARD! We have a local tea shop that I refuse to frequent now because the owner is so heavy handed with the mustard and curry powder. Really, why even differentiate the tea sandwiches on the plate? 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped. 1/3 cup mayonnaise (or I use plain yogurt because I hate mayo too). 1/4 tsp. dill weed.

Tempest in a Teacup: October 2011
http://tempest-in-a-teacup.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Tempest in a Teacup. Sampling the world's teas a cup at a time. Monday, October 31, 2011. The only tea I've had from Mighty Leaf. Is their bagged Darjeeling. I mentioned Mighty Leaf in my tea seller roundup. So, I've had fairly mixed success. I wonder.it seems odd that a company that puts care into tea production would treat a word that means so much as marketing. Perhaps they source tea from different estates in different years, or perhaps they source tea from a less regarded estate? Links to this post.

White teas range in flavor from delicate and flowery to surprisingly robust, and everywhere in between. Though greens and blacks have a huge range as well, white tea's variety never fails to surprise me. Fuding White Treasure. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Friends and other links. Boasts of being "America's only tea garden" with over 100 acres of tea bushes. Tea is not a hardy plant, and the South Carolina low country provides the right combination of heat, rain, and soil the plant needs to thrive. Tempest in a Teacup. Sampling the world's teas a cup at a time. Sunday, February 5, 2012. Happy (rather belated) one year birthday, tea blog. Many happy returns. So, Upton Teas. It costs very little, is a great way to explore new teas, and it gives me lots and lots to write about. Luckily, Upton has a huge selection, and I ended up with ten small sample pouches at my door in less than 48 hours. Great service, and as it turns out, great tea.this company takes loose tea pretty seriously. Thanks, I added in...

Tempest in a Teacup. Sampling the world's teas a cup at a time. Sunday, March 25, 2012. Guest Post: Earl Grey Bitter Bottling. This is Mark again, just following up on the beer I recently brewed using Earl Grey tea. I'm sure you're all dying to see how it came out, so here's some quick notes on fermentation and bottling. Sought to make it a brand. Or something. But enough about stuffy British politicians, let's get to the beer! Bottling of my Earl Grey bitter. Cross posted on Kaedrin Weblog. So I've had ...
