Photography: JR - Final Series

http://drewphotonenuh.blogspot.com/2016/11/jr-final-series.html

Wednesday, November 30, 2016. JR - Final Series. For my final series, I used portraits that I already took and changed up the backgrounds. I took pictures around Drew and placed the portraits where I thought they would go in real life. I tried to place the facial expressions accordingly to the locations as well. 8719;I∏∆. http://drewphotonenuh.blogspot.com/2016_08_01_archive.html

Wednesday, August 31, 2016. These pictures consist of the following:. Triangle, Diagonal, Rule of Thirds. I played around with different angles and perspectives, as well as changing the focus of my pictures. Some are busier than others, and this is on purpose. Others are very minimalistic, which is also intentional. Although some of the pictures can be categorized as multiple themes, I sorted them accordingly. Enjoy! 8719;I∏∆. Photography: Filter Set II

http://drewphotonenuh.blogspot.com/2016/12/filter-set-ii.html

Friday, December 9, 2016. For this set, I decided to use older images from my other series. I completely manipulated the pictures to make them either completely unrecognizable or just somewhat unrecognizable. Either way, the images here are nowhere close to the originals. I have labeled each filter name below each image. 8719;I∏∆. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). 8719;I∏∆. View my complete profile. Picture Window theme. Theme images by Barcin.

Photography: Portfolio

http://drewphotonenuh.blogspot.com/2016/12/portfolio.html

Friday, December 2, 2016. For my portfolio, I chose my favorite images from all of my series. I tried to get the same color scheme of backgrounds (colorful), so that they all look nice together. A lot of the models are recurring (you can tell which ones are my favorite), but I tried to change up the backgrounds for all of them. The backgrounds are either stock images, or images I took at Drew. Only one of the images I created for my final portfolio that wasn't in my series :). 8719;I∏∆.

http://drewphotocallie.blogspot.com/2016_10_01_archive.html

Monday, October 10, 2016. For this assignment I attempted to capture emotions through the eyes off a model. I chose to try to get emotions that play a roll in my life and the models. I tried to capture happiness, embarrassment, sadness, love, and a few others. Enjoy! Sunday, October 2, 2016. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Ethereal theme. DrewPhotoBrian: March 2016

http://drewphotobrian.blogspot.com/2016_03_01_archive.html

Friday, March 18, 2016. These images represent the best of my series of emulating Nathan Lyons. They are the best because they capture the essence of what I was going for, which were interesting urban scenes that when taken out of context present something about human expression. These include advertisements, and things human created. These also contain my strongest compositions. Wednesday, March 16, 2016. Monday, March 7, 2016. Wednesday, March 2, 2016. Drew Photo Jack: September 2014

http://drewphotojack.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html

Friday, September 26, 2014. These are Symmetrical photos. In these photos repeat themselves. The goal of the photo set was the capture something that reflected itself in the other half of the photo. This set of photos have balance. Photos with balance have the feature of repeating themselves. Each side of the photo should have some similar elements. These are asymmetrical photos. The goal of these photos is to incorporate a sense of difference between the two sides of each photo. Drew Photo Class 16/17.

I feel like some of these pictures would have been better in color but we had to use black and white. Sunday, October 2, 2016. The hardest part of this assignment for me was the balance. I tried to find photos where there were two subjects that were roughly the same size. The easiest part was symmetry.

Monday, October 10, 2016. For this third series, I finalized my focus of abstract surfaces, inspired by Aaron Siskin. I highlighted textures in this one more so than my last posts. I am overall satisfied with these photos and the whole series. These represent the culmination of my series and contain the aspects that I focused on. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Wednesday, January 11, 2017. For this piece of work, I decided to create a juxtaposition between the outside environment and the inside environment. I think that this can be seen in my first and second picture, with the outside as desolate, and the inside as warm and social. In my third picture, I changed this match-up, with the outside looking pretty while the inside is cold, desolate, and dirty. Monday, December 5, 2016. Friday, November 18, 2016. Instead I decided to focus on other pieces of nature. Thursday, April 23, 2015. In this draft I tried to capture aspects around the wave instead of focusing on the main subject itself. Wednesday, May 25, 2016. These are my best of spring photos! Not only are they all my favorites but they also are very cohesive. I like the clear, sharp, black photos. They all illustrate expression and emotions, those are my favorite things to capture in photography after all! These are my self portraits! I put them in black and white to create cohesiveness, and create a strong contrast! Friday, May 20, 2016. I like the 8th one down the best because the light adds a really nice touch. Enjoy!
