EFrenzconnect Food and Drink. Wednesday, June 01, 2005. During our vacation to Palm Springs, there's a restaurant right next to Palm Court Inn called Rick's. That cold and windy Sunday morning, we went to Rick's for breakfast. We had planned for a whole day of touring and decided on a heavy breakfast. And boy was it heavy! The waffle was a tad salty which complemented the sweet taste of the strawberries and whipped cream. The fluffy waffle melts in the mouth with each bite. Posted by Unknown @ 2:24 PM.

For my inaugural contribution, I would like to share my defintion of competency. Competency is an acquired capability of an individual to drive performance towards a personal or an organisational goal. This capability must be demonstrated with consistency at a specific level under pre-determined criteria or standards.
