Elder and Sister Flammer. Tuesday, August 28, 2012. He's had a birthday shout hooray! Steve got to chose anywhere he wanted to go for his birthday so he chose one of our favorite that is on Lover. I asked him for his best birthday shot and this is what he gave me. We had never eaten inside. We are glad we did as it has some really interesting decorations like these military uniforms from the past. He got what he always wanted, a shirt to remind him of Hungary! Will he be able to blow out all the candles?

Elder and Sister Flammer. Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Sunflowers and a flat tire. One of the main crops that are grown in Hungary is the sunflower. There are acres and acres of fields around Sopron and they are really beautiful. Their heads lift up in the morning when the sun comes up and then drop when the sun gets too hot. They remind me of the people that live in our apartment! Earlier that day we had a flat tire when we were going shopping with the Elders. Steve and Shauna Flammer. A Pinic at the Pinik!

Elder and Sister Flammer. Monday, January 28, 2013. This is what the road looked like as we drove to Szombathely yesterday where we spoke in church. This is a huge pile of snow they removed from the road. You can see why this road was closed last week during the storm. On the right of this picture there is a snow fence ( the orange strip). Elder and Sister Flammer. Saturday, October 20, 2012. This is the Parliament Building in Budapest. It is on the banks of the Danube River. We visited it last Thursday morning with the other senior missionaries. I just took some pictures inside of the building. We walked from the ground floor up this flight of stairs to another hallway. Just look at the beautiful things all around. Our guide did English and Russia tours. What follows will be pictures that impress. Just a couple more pictures of the inside.

Matthew, Emily, Owen, Ava, Isaac and Lily. Thursday, April 30, 2015. Isaac failed another OAE hearing test so we went for a more thorough evaluation and it went well- hearing is good! It was so fun to get so much snow but it got warm fast and melted quickly. This is what our snowman felt like the next day :). Another reason we were happy for the big snowstorm is that we made fires a couple nights! It was so cozy! I get so many flowers from my kids in the springtime from my own yard. Ready to go out!

This is Lily's latest shenanigans- she hides whatever she's sneaking with her hands or behind her back and comes right next to me. This time it was a gumball. Matt went to a tradeshow in Canada for a long weekend so we needed to party to pass the time. On Friday we watched a classic from my childhood "Dunston Checks In." After Owen said, "I like those old movies that people get beat up by kids.". These two know how to have a good time.

Cake and it was yummy! Ava was teaching Anson some selfie skills. I love the simplicity of Mother's Day with pictures from my kids and I got spoiled with a yummy breakfast. While we were eating Ava asked, "why isn't there a kid's day? I pulled out this picture from when I was 11. Muscles. Don't mess. Ava had a great year!

With tummies full of Lucky charms and plenty of green we had a great St. Patrick's Day! They both thought it was crazy they had school on such a big holiday. LDS Missionaries Serving in Ecuador! Thursday, July 15, 2010. Here is the latest photo of Tungurahua volcano. The authorities said that a large amount of lava is building up. The people of the surrounding Pueblos (Towns) are preparing to evacuate. They have already moved all of the animals out of these towns. Also, the ash from the volcano is killing the crops.
