Playing with the Tarot. I decided to try to give someone a reading. I didn’t know what to do, so I grabbed my deck of Tarot cards. It worked for me. I could comprehend the potential semantics. Chronicling my first year with a lap-band. Week 2 Weigh In: Down 4 pounds this week. This week’s loss puts me closer to my mini goal. I wanted to be 240 before June 14th when I see my surgeon next. That leaves me with 9 pounds left to go. That’s about 3 pounds a week, and although that sounds like a lot, at my weight with the exercise I started pounding into this week, it really shouldn’t be a problem.
