Chronicling my first year with a lap-band. Week 2 Weigh In: Down 4 pounds this week. This week’s loss puts me closer to my mini goal. I wanted to be 240 before June 14th when I see my surgeon next. That leaves me with 9 pounds left to go. That’s about 3 pounds a week, and although that sounds like a lot, at my weight with the exercise I started pounding into this week, it really shouldn’t be a problem. Again Exploringbas is on a travel. This time it is different as Going East. Wednesday the 25th of February 2012, Paula Ocampo and I have started our journey to Argentinia with the idea of spending a few months in Buenos Aires before heading further.
