Dinner – Breaded chicken breast on rocket and spinach with mango, red onion, cherry tomatoes, mixed seeds and sweet chilli sauce. Diet coke. Getting fit by 30. January 4, 2015. LUNCH – Wetherspoons superfood pasta with sliced chicken (under 650 calories). Sparkling water. DINNER – Small seasoned cod, broccoli and corn on cob (no butter) and bowl of homemade sweet potato and lentil soup. We then took my son to a play centre, one that has an amazing cafe with a selection of luxurious, creamy ice-creams and homemade cakes.
