Every minute increase pace* *. 45/15 x 3 rounds. Mt climbers (scale to bicycle crunches). Good mornings (banded if possible). 45/15 X 3-4 ROUNDS. Cardio Option (jumprope, run/walk, bike, row). 5 min cardio option (same as you did the 1st time). THIS TIME start at a fast pace and slow down each minute until the end. March 21, 2017.
