Once the tarte is cooked , remove the pan with a cloth from the oven (it will be extremely hot), place over the frying pan a serving dish drain some of the cooking juice in a bowl then turn up side down the pan and the dish. Lift the pan and you should have some lovely caramelised apple in toffee. Serve with a dollop of vanilla ice cream and the cooking juice.

Combine the shallots, tomato, garlic, basil and the virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon out some of the sauce vierge onto a plate. Place 3 scallops per portion in the middle of the plate with a lemon wedge. ET voila, bon appétit. 2 tablespoon of virgin olive oil. 2 large shallots diced. 4 wedges of lemon.

Spiced Braised Beef with sweet potatoes. Yellow Rice (I buy Vigo. Black Beans. NOTE: You must use Mexican Oregano on the pork. The standard stuff just doesn't deliver the right flavor. Fresh Spring rolls are very suitable for this and easy to make yourself. This healthy Vietnamese dish is filled with lots of healthy ingredients and raw no frying needed.
