Monday, January 3, 2011. I can't believe it's 2011 already. That means we are less than 2 months away from my baby turning 1! Goal #3: There will need to be some changes in unnecessary spending (which is predominantly me). I'm going to try to stop the unnecessary spending and plan out what I need to buy instead of just going and getting things. Typically it's things for Declan. This will obviously help Goal #2,. So that's the plan. They are goals and there may need to be some tweaking along the way, ...

Thursday, July 23, 2009. A little more real. So I had my second ultrasound today to check the development of the little one. And in the nurses words, things are looking 'awesome awesome awesome'. The heartbeat was flickering away easily seen this time (although we're still a few weeks away from hearing it) at 175 bpm. She had me cough at one point too and that made him move, which was a good sign that his brain is developing enough to get pissed off at me. At such an early age too! I am feeling okay - no...

We went to go see Santa today, but when we got there (during the times posted he would be there) he was already gone!
